Privacy policy
What we collect
RUNR8 stores account details, organization settings, billing and usage metadata retrieved from providers you connect, allocation rules, outcome metrics, and operational logs. We do not collect prompts or model responses through provider connectors.
How we use data
We use this information to operate the service, reconcile AI spend, generate requested reports, detect anomalies, provide support, and protect the service.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, database, email, authentication and language-model providers to operate RUNR8. Customer data is shared only as needed to deliver those functions.
Retention and deletion
We retain organization data while an account is active and for a limited operational period afterward. Organization administrators can request export or deletion by contacting privacy@runr8.ai.
